Getting Started with NIK
NIK makes it simple to observe how your body responds to different foods and drinks. Just
follow a few guided steps on your Apple Watch and iPhone to visualize your sessions, compare your pulse patterns, and discover your own personalized wellness insights.


Start With Your Apple Watch
Wear your Apple Watch and open the NIK Watch app. Press Start and keep it running until your test is completely finished.

Begin a New Test on Your Phone
Open the NIK app on your iPhone and tap New Test. Give your test a name so you can recognise it later.

Follow the Testing Steps
NIK guides you through three simple stages: Baseline, Eating, and After Eating. Just
follow the prompts on your screen and sit quietly during the baseline moments to help
the app capture your natural pulse patterns.


Review Your Pulse Patterns
Once your session is complete, NIK shows you how your pulse responded. Use the
Investigate feature to compare sessions and spot trends across different foods and drinks.
